   The challenge is going to be moving from merely providing access to material (the primary purpose of libraries for millenia) to technology that helps us locate the one leaf we need in a forest-full

   I agree – users will expect more from information services (whether libraries or something else) – Google is helping create a generation expecting instant information gratification
