Cloud ERP provider Acumatica showcased new capabilities and celebrated customer growth at its annual summit this week. The event highlighted Acumatica’s focus on customer feedback to drive product development.
“Our bet is on our customers, which is why we heavily weight our product roadmap in favor of their input,” said Ali Jani, Acumatica’s Chief Product Officer. “The priority we place on customer input reflects what we mean by our rallying cry: Building the future of business together.”
The company demonstrated a redesigned user interface that improves usability, personalization and customization. A public preview will be available in 2024, with full release later this year.
Acumatica also previewed new cross-industry features launching in 2024 R1, including enhanced AP bill management, production order flexibility, inventory planning for distributors, and more control over order allocation. New Amazon integration capabilities were also announced.
The event showcased customers leveraging Acumatica’s industry-specific editions for construction, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Customer growth awards went to companies like Curran, Spohn Associates, Wilmar and Global Printing and Packaging.
Jani highlighted emerging customer needs around business data and decision-making. He said Acumatica’s product roadmap includes AI capabilities to meet these needs by bringing relevant data to customers more quickly, accurately and reliably.
The annual summit emphasized Acumatica’s customer-centric approach to developing its cloud ERP solutions. Along with strong customer growth, new features and redesigns position the company for continued expansion.
