“The new ‘Rex Hub’ platform aims to give property vendors self-serve access to sales data, while keeping the estate agent in control of the information flow.”
Rex Software has launched Rex Hub, a new platform for estate agents to provide their clients with self-service access to information throughout the property selling process.

The customer relationship management (CRM) software provider said the new portal is designed to give vendors real-time involvement in the sale of their home. Clients receive a unique code to access a secure portal where they can view marketing updates, campaign performance, inspection feedback, offers and other documents.
Control over the information remains with the agent, who can choose what the vendor is able to see. The portal can also be customised to reflect the agent’s own branding.
Mark Hinkins, commercial director at Rex Software, said the product was developed in response to changing consumer expectations. “As consumers, we are now accustomed to living in a digital age where we expect to be able to self-serve and gain access to information on demand. Vendors are no different,” he said. Mr Hinkins added that the tool is intended to “complement that relationship with a 24/7 accessible service,” rather than replace agent interaction.
Tegan Doll of Key2Sale, an early user of the platform, commented that it provides “clear visibility on feedback and marketing progress,” adding that “it’s also a huge time saver for our team, making the whole reporting process more efficient and seamless.”
