HG Insights, a company specialising in revenue and market intelligence, has announced its acquisition of MadKudu, a platform for go-to-market (GTM) agentic solutions. The acquisition coincides with HG Insights’ launch of its “Revenue Growth Agentic Ecosystem,” an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed to provide end-to-end GTM solutions.
The new ecosystem combines HG Insights’ market and sales intelligence data with a client organisation’s own first- and second-party data. According to Rohini Kasturi, CEO of HG Insights, many B2B organisations are “grappling with siloed data, disconnected tools, and stalled AI pilot initiatives”. The new platform aims to address this by connecting strategy with execution through agentic workflows and AI-driven intelligence.
MadKudu, a strategic partner of HG Insights for the past four years, provides playbooks that use signal-based workflows for sales and marketing. Its technology allows for flexible data integration from sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Snowflake, and features composable APIs and a no-code data studio. The system also provides AI connectivity to platforms including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
The deal follows HG Insights’ recent acquisition of TrustRadius, a source of buyer intelligence. The company has made several GTM “copilots” immediately available, including a Market Analyzer Copilot, a Sales Copilot, and a RevOps AI Data Studio. Ryan Kelly, SVP of Marketing at Cockroach Labs, a customer, stated that MadKudu has become their “system of record for prioritizing GTM actions” by synthesising product usage, intent signals, and third-party data from HG Insights.
