“Work management software company monday.com is broadening its partner specialisation frameworks to include artificial intelligence and services, building on the growth of its customer relationship management specialisation over the past year.”
Work management software company monday.com is expanding its partner programme with two new specialisation frameworks, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Service. This follows the company’s existing CRM specialisation, which it says has more than doubled its number of global partner specialists to 40 in the last year.
The company stated that its specialist partners have been instrumental in developing tailored solutions for specific industries such as healthcare, construction, and real estate. The introduction of AI and Service specialisations is intended to support monday.com’s strategy to become a multi-product platform.
To qualify for the AI specialisation, partners must demonstrate success in AI-related business deals and show widespread adoption of AI features among their clients. Benefits for partners who achieve this specialisation include a public badge in the monday.com Partner Directory, dedicated enablement and access to product teams, lead prioritisation for AI services, and eligibility for additional Market Development Funds.
The Service specialisation requires partners to meet specific sales and ARR thresholds for large service deals and to have dedicated service sales staff and certifications. The benefits are similar to those for the AI specialisation.
The partner programme’s tiering is reviewed bi-annually in January and July, with specialisations awarded based on performance in the preceding 12 months.
