“The deal aims to integrate Regrello’s agentic workflow technology with Salesforce’s Agentforce and Slack platforms to enhance productivity.”
Salesforce has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Regrello, a company that provides an AI-native solution for automating complex business processes. The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The acquisition is intended to advance Salesforce’s capabilities in what it terms “agentic process automation”. Regrello’s technology is designed to convert business data into automated workflows. Salesforce plans to integrate these capabilities into its Agentforce and Slack products, with the goal of helping customers transform manual business activities into more efficient, automated processes.
Steve Fisher, President and Chief Product Officer at Salesforce, commented on the strategic rationale behind the deal. “Integrating Regrello will turn unstructured artifacts into coordinated workflows, bringing humans and agents together on the Salesforce Platform,” he stated. The aim is to allow employees to “automate manual work, collaborate in real time, and deliver customer value faster.”
Aman Naimat, the chief executive of Regrello, said, “Joining Salesforce gives us the reach and platform to bring agentic process automation to more organizations.” The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but Salesforce confirmed that the transaction will be funded by cash from its balance sheet and is not expected to affect its fiscal year 2026 guidance or its capital return program.
