Achieva Inc. has officially launched to provide AI-powered Salesforce solutions for the insurance and financial services industries. The company, which is backed by global technology services provider Damco Solutions, aims to develop a next-generation CRM platform to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
The company is developing a Salesforce-native CRM platform that will feature embedded AI, large language models and predictive analytics. For the insurance sector, the platform is intended to automate the entire policy journey from quoting to claims resolution. For financial institutions, it is designed to provide data-driven CRM intelligence and predictive analytics, while also supporting compliance and client relationships.
Sachin Bedi, CEO of Achieva Inc., said that “The future of CRM is not just about managing customer data; it’s about making that data work for you. It needs to be intelligent, predictive, and deeply integrated into the workflows of the industries it serves.”
Achieva is currently developing its first product, with a minimum viable product underway. The company’s flagship insurance product, Insura CRM, is planned for launch in the coming months.
