“Automotive AI-powered Customer Data Platform (CDP) provider, Fullpath, has announced its acquisition of Fuse Autotech’s Dynamic Payments solution.”
Fullpath, a company specializing in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) for the automotive retail sector, has acquired the Dynamic Payments solution from Fuse Autotech. The move is intended to enhance Fullpath’s data ecosystem and provide car shoppers with more relevant, real-time offers.
The integration will allow Fullpath’s platform to utilize real-time data, including vehicle pricing, rebates, and dealership-specific incentives. According to the company, this will enable the automatic generation of tailored offers for dealerships to use across their marketing channels, including websites, email, SMS campaigns, and digital advertising.
Aharon Horwitz, CEO and Co-Founder of Fullpath, stated, “The addition of Fuse Dynamic Payments to the Fullpath product ecosystem will enable us to better support every profit center at the dealership – from sales and finance, to service and parts – within all of our marketing activities.” He added that the acquisition supports the company’s “commitment to provide dealers with the powerful, seamless solutions they need to create the exceptional shopping experiences car buyers deserve.”
The newly integrated system aims to create a more seamless process from online engagement to in-store purchase by connecting marketing activities directly with sales and finance operations. Andrew Walser, CEO of Walser Automotive, commented on the impact of the Dynamic Payments solution, noting it has “transformed our speed to market and customer engagement,” leading to increased closing rates.
