Marketing technology company Wunderkind has announced the launch of its AI-powered platform, Wunderkind AI Experiences. The platform is intended to assist marketers in increasing revenue and customer engagement by employing personalized, real-time messaging.
The new product uses identity resolution and real-time behavioural data to send messages to customers across email and SMS. The platform determines the timing and the channel for individual customers and uses affinity modelling for personalised product recommendations.
Richard Jones, CRO at Wunderkind, said, “AI Experiences flips the script. It learns and adapts in real time, continuously optimizing message timing, sequencing, and product recommendations to drive performance without requiring hands-on orchestration.”
One of the beta testers for the product was SMCP. Erin Pepe, VP of Digital and Customer experience at the company said of the new platform, “It will take the guesswork out of when and how to reach shoppers—optimizing both the timing and the channel automatically—driving more clicks and conversions than classic journeys.”
Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP) uses a proprietary identity graph that the company says can turn anonymous web traffic into known customers without the use of third-party cookies.
