“The new tool offers call transcription and analysis, and compliance-aware opt-out automation to help streamline workflows.”
Big Purple Dot, a customer relationship management (CRM) and data intelligence platform, has released a proprietary artificial intelligence feature integrated into its CRM system. The new tool is designed for mortgage and real estate professionals.
The AI feature introduces functionalities such as the transcription and analysis of phone calls, converting conversations into actionable steps. According to the company, this process is intended to be more efficient and accurate than manual alternatives.
Another key aspect of the new feature is a compliance-aware opt-out automation. This system uses a scoring mechanism to identify disengaged contacts from their responses and automatically removes them from mailing lists. Big Purple Dot says this will help to maintain brand reputation and ensure compliance with regulations.
The AI operates on Big Purple Dot’s private infrastructure, which the company claims will ensure industry-specific automation, execution speed and enterprise-grade data security. “We will continue to keep our AI solutions and technologies proprietary within our own infrastructure,” said Roxana Davidoff, CEO of Big Purple Dot.
