“Scopewell’s expanded services integrate AI capabilities to provide non-profits with a complete view of their supporters.”
Georgia-based technology consultancy Scopewell has announced an expansion of its services that combine customer relationship management (CRM) platforms with artificial intelligence (AI) to help non-profits increase donor retention and volunteer engagement. The company, which specializes in mission-driven technology for the healthcare and non-profit sectors, will now offer enhanced AI capabilities such as predictive analytics to identify potential major donors, personalized engagement journeys based on volunteer activity, and intelligent reporting.
According to Shaena Leuthe, President of Scopewell, “Nonprofits face the same data challenges as the largest enterprises, but without the same budgets or staffing.” She added, “By pairing proven CRM platforms with responsible AI, we’re giving them a way to work smarter and more efficiently.”
Scopewell’s non-profit practice focuses on building and optimizing CRM environments that provide organizations with a complete view of their supporters. The expanded services are intended to help non-profits to do more with limited resources and free up time to focus on their mission rather than on manual administration.
The company reports that some non-profit organizations using the service have already seen significant results. A youth development organization, for example, was able to cut administrative time for event sign-ups by 50 percent by simplifying volunteer tracking. Another client, a human services group, used the new tools to automate grant reporting, creating a real-time snapshot of fund utilization for compliance and audit purposes.
