Sprout Social, a provider of cloud-based social media management software, has announced an expanded suite of integrations and product enhancements. These new capabilities are intended to provide businesses with a more comprehensive solution for social media management, customer care, and brand advocacy.
The company has introduced TikTok listening, which enables brands to analyze conversations on the platform. Other new features include expanded support for the decentralized social network Bluesky, and new integrations with Adobe Express and Canva. The latter are designed to help creative and social media teams to streamline their content creation and publishing workflows.
Sprout Social has also announced an integration with Salesforce, which is intended to provide a unified view of customer interactions across different channels. In addition, new features for LinkedIn have been introduced to help with thought leadership and employee advocacy.
Megan Cottongim, director of social media at customer United Way Worldwide, said the platform helps them bring their social strategy to life. Ms Cottongim said they have built an “integrated approach that creates a clear, consistent thread across everything we do,” and that Sprout makes it easier to “use real-time insights to create experiences that feel seamless, intentional, and human.”
“Social is…where buying decisions are made, brand perceptions are shaped, and loyalty is earned,” said Josh Bean, Vice President of Product Marketing. He added that the company is equipping its customers with the tools to “transform social interactions into tangible business outcomes.”
