“VSCO aims to support photographers in managing and growing their businesses with the launch of its new platform, Workspace.”
VSCO, a company known for its photo and video editing tools, has launched a new studio management platform for photographers called VSCO Workspace. This new offering is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that integrates Táve’s Studio Manager, a company VSCO acquired earlier this year.
The platform is designed to assist photographers in managing client coordination, streamlining communications, and simplifying invoicing and business operations. According to Eric Wittman, CEO of VSCO, “With Workspace, we are deepening our commitment to working creators and making it easier for them to manage and grow their business, so they can focus more time and energy on doing what they love.”
VSCO Workspace is intended for photographers at all career stages. The launch is being promoted with an offer of 30 days of free access to both Workspace and an “Attract Paying Clients” workshop. The company also recently acquired The Freelance Photographer, an education and mentorship program, signaling a deeper move into supporting the business side of photography. Ben Chrisman of Chrisman Studios was quoted as saying, “With all the ups and downs of running a photography business, there’s one thing we’ve never had to worry about and that is our CRM, VSCO Workspace. It just works with everything we need.”
